"How quickly will I receive my blood pressure reduction reports?

All orders we receive by noon on Friday will be in your email inbox on Monday morning.


 Is your software compatible with a Mac?

We sell no software at 4point0schools.com. If you order a graphics package, we will make graphs for you and send them to you as JPG files. JPG files are easily inserted into Word or PowerPoint documents for your presentations. Your order will come with instructions on how to insert the graphs if you have not done so before. It's actually very simple. We're Mac people too, by the way.


 "Do you outsource to India to keep your prices so low?"

We do eat Indian food any chance we get, but we keep our prices low with low overhead, a product that is entirely digital, and by working smarter than our competition. The product is 100% made in the U.S.A., in the Sequoia National Forest (on private land), by data analysts educated in the American public school system.


"How quickly will I receive my roster data reports?"

The data project is usually completed within two weeks of receiving payment and your data (potential delays will be well indicated on the site and when you place your order). In the busy weeks of August and early September, the wait could be a bit longer particularly if you are ordering at the last minute. Order in advance of STAR and CAHSEE seasons to get a good spot in the queue.

If you have a particular delivery deadline in mind, drop us an email and we will try to work it out. Keep in mind you will receive graphics digitally. Depending on the size of your school or district and the number of reports you order, you may need a few days to print the reports.


"Do you accept purchase orders?"

Yes. A purchase order is as good as cash. Mail the purchase order and let us know it’s on its way so that we can put you in our queue. Mail purchase orders to:

"Can you speak to our teachers?"

We have a line of videos in development that help teachers understand our teacher reflection and student motivation products. They are designed to walk your teachers through the reports. Otherwise, we do keep a limited travel schedule. Drop us a line with what you have in mind.


"Do you have special pricing on bulk orders?"

Yes. Note on the price list that the more you buy, the more you save.

We will also private label for companies that want to offer this data service to their own clients. Company information can be included in the footer of each figure for an additional fee.


"Can you make a custom report for our district?"

Yes. If it is data, we can handle it. We have several reports in development and will also create custom reports for districts. Contact us for more information.


"Do you do program evaluation work?"

Some of our data services can complement an existing or planned evaluation. One of the partners in our company, Societas, Inc., continues to do program evaluation but has a fairly busy schedule. Amanda Rose, Ph.D., who is the primary developer of this site, focuses on data products but is always open to interesting projects.
